Job To Be Done - Lead team of three creatives to develop visual presentation strategy for flagship Reserve locations. Develop branding and core creative identity for Starbucks Reserve brand, to be scaled globally. Develop customer journey through strategic product placement. Drive sell-through of merchandise through compelling displays. Partner with cross-functional business units to develop creative solutions to drive the business. Lead all styling for international flagship photoshoots to develop assets used in global press release and media coverage.
Results - Drove significant return for flagship store locations; popular merchandise SKUs many times sold out in a matter of days when a store opened. Branding scaled consistently across all global locations, driving a halo effect for the Starbucks brand.
